I hope this message finds you well. As the founder and CEO of edelkrone, I want to personally address the challenges you may have faced with our company in recent months. Today, I'm excited to share our journey, apologize for any inconvenience, and assure you that we're back and better than ever.
Innovation is at the heart of everything we do at edelkrone, from our video production equipment to our company structure. We've been striving to create a unique employee ownership model, which led me to step away from edelkrone for more than 3 years to observe and refine this approach from an external perspective.
After more than three years of hard work, I returned to edelkrone with a renewed vision and fresh ideas for transforming our company. To streamline operations and enhance our offerings, I initiated significant changes within the organization.
While these changes were intended to benefit edelkrone long-term, they led to unforeseen challenges in communication, causing difficulties in shipping certain orders and responding to your concerns on social media. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Over the past six months, we've been working tirelessly to rebuild our operations. We've revamped our website and distribution channels and centralized our dispatch points in Turkiye, enabling us to offer duty-free and VAT-free shipments worldwide.
We've also moved our CRM department to Turkiye, training new members and rebuilding our knowledge base for efficient communication with our customers.
Additionally, our product development team has been busy designing innovative new products to continue our legacy of excellence.
I'm thrilled to announce that edelkrone is back on track and looking to the future with excitement. We invite you to join us in this new chapter, and together, we will achieve great things.
